We offer free consultation to certain businesses and individuals who are looking to retain a law firm but have some questions before making a final decision. Our free case evaluation service allows our prospective clients to contact us and understand what legal services we can offer them. This is an opportunity for our prospective clients to learn about their immigration options and how we can help them. It also allows them to learn about our law firm, the procedure of retaining our services and our legal fees.

What type of cases/inquiries are covered?

You may be eligible for a free consultation if:

You are a Canada Employer or an employee with a job offer from a Canada employer.
You want to sponsor a foreign national for a Marriage/Family based Visa or and he/she does not have any arrests, unlawful entry/overstay or other complications.

What type of cases/inquiries are NOT covered?

Due to the high number of requests, i do NOT offer free consultation in any cases outside of the categories listed above.

What is the scope of our free immigration consultation?

During the free case evaluation we will provide you with a general overview of your immigration options. However, we CANNOT provide you with specific legal advice tailored to your case due to attorney ethical and professional rules. If it is determined during the initial free consultation that your case requires an in-depth analysis or review of your documents, you may be asked to schedule a paid immigration consultation over phone.

Paid Consultation

If your case doesn’t fall under the free consultation categories or if you need legal advice on specific questions related to your situation, we offer paid immigration consultations. Our immigration attorneys can consult with you by phone, Skype.
